Short order cook — Bedford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
