Escalator technician wanted in Calderdale

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Calderdale, England. The job is in a residential tower block. The role involves fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Full-time, day shift.
