Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
