Now hiring: we are hiring a site safety steward in Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Full-time, day shift.
