Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Day to day you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly.
