We are recruiting: restaurant steward (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Clay County, North Carolina. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
