Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Essex County, New Jersey. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $11,250 per project plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
