Great opportunity: bread and bun maker (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Marion County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
