Milling machinist wanted in Watonwan County

Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machinist in Watonwan County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
