Brick mason wanted in Darlington

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick mason in Darlington, England. The job is on a new-build development. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Day to day you will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer £2,700 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
