Hand presser — Union County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hand presser in Union County, North Carolina. The job is in a tailoring workshop. You will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; give each garment a final press before packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
