Commis chef wanted in Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Polk County, Wisconsin. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
