Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Adams County, Colorado. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 6+ years on the tools preferred.
