Vacancy available: automotive refinish painter (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Chippewa County, Michigan. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE 6+ years on the tools preferred.
