Grill cook • Arenac County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Arenac County, Michigan. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 6+ years on the tools preferred.
