Presser wanted in Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a presser in Lincoln County, Georgia. You will work in a busy laundry. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Six days a week, one day off.
