The role involves fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Ideal candidate: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
