Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Day-to-day duties: • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Weigh and portion products before bagging On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
