Gas service engineer • Fentress County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Fentress County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy gas installation company. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Driving licence for travel between sites • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious You will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
