Gas pipeline fitter — Adair County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Adair County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. Day-to-day duties: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Six days a week, one day off.
