Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
