Great opportunity: glazing installer (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glazing installer in Macoupin County, Illinois. The job is at a busy glazing workshop. The role involves glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter Full-time, day shift.
