Steam press operator wanted in City of Galax

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steam press operator in City of Galax, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets The role involves: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
