Now hiring: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Porter County, Indiana. You will work in a cabinet-making workshop. Ideal candidate: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work On a typical shift you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
