On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
