Dishwasher wanted in Lake County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Lake County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
