Groundsman wanted in Irepodun

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundsman in Irepodun, Kwara State. The job is in a public park. Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Day to day you will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease.
