PVC profile cutter wanted in Lake County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Lake County, Illinois. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Meals and transport allowance provided.
