Powder coating line operator • Nicholas County, West Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Nicholas County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time with occasional weekends.
