Rigging foreman — Calaveras County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Calaveras County, California. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Your main tasks: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
