Tube and fitting scaffolder wanted in Scott County

Join our team: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Scott County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class. Requirements: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
