Gtaw welder wanted in Colquitt County

Join our team: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Colquitt County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. Day to day you will weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Full-time with occasional weekends.
