Elevator repair technician — Mono County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Mono County, California. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Day-to-day duties: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
