Offshore rigger — Plymouth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. The job is at a container port. You will secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; read lift plans and method statements before starting; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
