Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Full-time with occasional weekends.
