Powder coater — Ascension Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Ascension Parish, Louisiana. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
