Great opportunity: bread baker (Connecticut)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Full-time, day shift. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
