Immediate opening: stone mason (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stone mason in North Yorkshire, England. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. Requirements: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone Day-to-day duties: • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
