Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Akure North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Akure North, Ondo State. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦70,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
