GTAW welder • Onitsha South, Anambra State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Onitsha South, Anambra State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage On a typical shift you will keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
