Urgent requirement: powder spray gun operator (Louisiana)

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Iberia Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
