Trowel-trade bricklayer — Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Lee County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
