Cnc turning machinist • Berkeley County, South Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Berkeley County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Six days a week, one day off.
