Ideal candidate: • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently Day-to-day duties: • Programme keys and reset immobilisers • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Check charging system output and battery voltage • Diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
