Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Sumter County, Alabama. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. On the job you will handle: • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Willing to work outdoors in all weather At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
