Pastry baker wanted in Caldwell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Caldwell County, Kentucky. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
