Dish pit attendant — Ifako/Ijaye

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ifako/Ijaye, Lagos State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
