Join our team: we are hiring a safety officer in Brazoria County, Texas. Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Your main tasks: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) 3+ years on the tools preferred.
