Now hiring: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Rooks County, Kansas. Day to day you will check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
