Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Ashland County, Wisconsin. You will work on a residential building site. The role involves fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
